Our warranty is here to keep that promise.

1. Coverage

All products come with a 120-day warranty from the date of receipt.

Covers exclusively:

- Manufacturing defects

- Structural failures

- Assembly problems

- Malfunctioning parts

If confirmed, we perform:

- Repair

- Parts replacement

- Product exchange (when necessary)

2. Not covered

- Improper use or use outside recommendations

- Natural wear and tear

- Falls, impacts or accidents

- Product modifications

- Lack of maintenance

- Incorrect storage

- Professional use without guidance

⚠️ Attention: the warranty will be automatically voided in case of use, installation or combination with non-original Kangoo Jumps parts, components or accessories.

3. How to claim

Just send to WhatsApp (11) 96865-3683:

- Brief description of the problem

- Photos or videos

- Buyer's CPF (Brazilian individual taxpayer ID)

- Invoice

Our team will guide you through the next steps.

4. Analysis

The product may undergo technical analysis.

Once the defect is confirmed, we will apply the appropriate solution.

5. Deadline

The request must be made within 120 days of receipt.
